Clean and updated inside. Fenced in and the A/C was phenomenal considering it was hot when we arrived in California.
The area was probably the most surprising and in a much lower scaled area than I expected. The driveway to park your car was through the alley way, which was okay considering the house was next to the road so it was easy to go in and out and safely have your vehicle tucked inside your property.

The backyard and patio were nice and so was the decor. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on (too deep to sit upright) but great to lay on.
