Beautiful and spacious property surrounded by nature. The small stream running through the resort is a highlight and guests can actually get into the water and enjoy it. Our Balcony Room was clean and well maintained. The overall environment is peaceful and refreshing, and we appreciated that the property accommodates pets.
Room service needs improvement, as even basic requests like drinking water sometimes took quite a while. The food was decent but mostly restaurant-style; we would have loved more authentic Kerala cuisine, especially considering the location. A small microwave or an easy facility to reheat food would also be very useful, as guests may not always eat at fixed times. Pet charges are also on the higher side, although food for the pets was provided.

I like many things

3. In the room the toilet and bathroom were separated. Good for usage purposes
4. Peaceful environment

Swimming was not maintained. No one to look after, how it is being used. People were entering without showers.
