Acceptable
The local is secured,and the area is calm; all around you can shop whatever you need. We have in place a washing and dryer machines.
The sheets are old and lost its brightness. The internet is not working and nothing has been done despite my message. Tables are not in good shape. In the kitchen there is only one old casserole.

Tout était en ordre, sauf la TV n'a pas été disponible pendant notre séjour et pourtant c'est bien la TV qui est la première chose que tous les clients apprécient à leur arrivée. Bref, la TV ne marchait pas bien qu'on nous expliquait comment procéder pour la mettre en marche. Je trouve ça irrésponsable de priver aux clients la chose la plus intéressante et facile à utiliser.

Depuis mon arrivée à l'appartement l'aspirateur ne marche pas, du coup j'avais informé le personnel. Pas de suite. En plus il y'avait des odeurs bizarres dans le couloir
