About this house rental
The Rock House is minutes away from some of St. Louis's most popular attractions: Ucity Loop, Busch Stadium, Scottrade Center, Wash U, and the new Soccer stadium. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. $500 fee for unauthorized party or event, $500 fee for smoking indoors, $ 500 fee for unauthorized animal. 24hr security cameras throughout the exterior of the house. 8 person max allowed on the premises. A neighborhood park, including a playground for kids to play, and a covered area, is directly across the street. It's perfect for families, small groups, traveling nurses! Lambert Airport is just minutes away. Feels just like home! Ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids. Baby bed available by request.
Located in safe, friendly, and diverse neighborhood, this home's Master bedroom houses a queen bed, walk-in closet, and an office area with a desk and chair. The 2nd bedroom has a double daybed a twin bed on the top and bottom, a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed below. The living room also contains a full sized sofa bed and every room has TVs excluding the bathrooms and kitchen. The full kitchen includes a dining table, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, dishes, cups and other items that you may need. Bottled water and snacks will always be left for guests. Two work areas, both with desk and chair.
Guests will have complete access and use of the entire home 24 hours a day during their reservation. You can come and go as you like with keyless smart lock entry. Off street parking right next to the house, with 3 parking spaces.

The Rockhouse was perfect for my family. Franklin was a great host, explained the processes thoroughly and even left gift bags for my children. Snacks were provided which was an added bonus. I was very surprised to find laundry pods and dryer sheets available for use in the laundry room. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next adventure to St. Louis.

What a lovely spot! The Rock House was perfect for five of us. It’s a little smaller than we realized from the pictures but had everything we needed and tries so hard to make everything perfect. With so much to do in St. Louis we just needed a place to rest and recharge and that’s exactly what we got, plus a ton of extras no other rental I’ve ever stayed in offered. The little touches—drinks waiting, little gift bags for the kids, etc—made it clear the owners were very involved and would do anything to make sure we were comfortable and provided for. They could have given 50% less effort and still be five stars. Highly recommended!
