About this hotel
OCEANFRONT and beautifully decorated 3 Large Bedrooms and 3 Baths -almost 2000 SF. Perfect for large or multi-families traveling together for WONDERFUL vacation memories. Great place with lots of room for fun. Unique unit has large main kitchen and efficiency unit. Ideal for multi families who need separate space or teenagers.
This resort offers an on-site gym, tiki bar during season and use of the fire pit. Unit has its own grill on the balcony.
Parking is on-site and paid to the garage.
Complex is 20 minutes from the Panama City Beach airport.
Elevator usage during heavy times during peak season is not advised. Although the elevators were overhauled in 2024, the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. during peak season may have delays. You may want to plan your arrival/departure accordingly.
The property has luggage carts available for your usage (but they may require a license or $5 hold). The property also has shopping buggies available for your usage (but they do require a token which may be purchased for $5.00. When you return the token, you will be refunded your $5.00). I suggest getting the token and keeping it for the entire stay because you may have more shopping trips and need it more than just for check in/out.
The concierge desk on the breezeway is typically staffed between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you need to print your parking passes, you will need to go to the lobby. If possible, you probably want to print those passes before arrival to save time during check in.

Perfect condo for family with adult married children and grandchildren! Condo was spotless, well equipped, with comfortable beds. Checkin was easy and owner was very responsive to answer any questions. We have stayed here two years in a row and hope to return again. Thanks for sharing your Seaside Retreat with our family!

An absolutely beautiful condo! Plenty of space with amazing views. A perfect location close to everything. Our group had so much fun. Will be back for sure!
