We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Aliados: (7 min walking)
- The nearest Train Station: S.bento: (12 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

The apartment was great for our time in Porto! We loved the location and the amenities were exactly what we needed. Check in and check out were easy, and the hosts were very helpful when we had questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was located in a great spot for cafes and restaurants along with shops and close to the centre.
Our only negative was having our coats and jumpers stolen-not technically the fault of the owners, as we were early and decided to risk leaving them outside the room. The building was key code entry and our room was tucked away, so we thought it would be safe.
