Charming, new apartment in an unbeatable location.
In the town of Poio, a 15-minute walk from downtown Pontevedra. A 15-minute drive from Sanxenxo and 5 minutes from Combarro.
It boasts a magnificent location, as all the amenities you need are right on the same street: you can see the tourist office right from your window, as well as the local police station; on the same street, you’ll find cafes, a bakery, SEUR shipping services, and ASM. A shopping center is just a 6-minute walk away.
Buses also stop on the same street—which is designated for loading and unloading—so you’ll have no trouble getting your luggage inside.
The apartment does not have a parking space, but it’s easy to find parking in the area.
The building is new, so it has all the amenities.
It also has a saltwater pool with views of the estuary.
The apartment has two bedrooms; one has a 1.35 bed and the other a 1.20 bed.
The space
Pool, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets... and basic amenities.
There are two ways to access the pool:
Option A: Use the key from the street entrance to go to -2, continue straight, open the door on the left, and take the next elevator to -1.
Option B: Go to entrance 44 (open with the street entrance key) and take the elevator to -1.
Outside the pool, there’s a large area where children can play.
The pool also has a fenced-off area with a shallower depth for babies and toddlers.
In front of the pool, there is a small community room with a ping-pong table.
If you have children and would like to go out for a quiet dinner one evening, you can speak with the person who will give you the keys to arrange for them to watch your little ones. This service is no longer included in the costs; you simply need to coordinate with Mabel.
