The house is very nice but there’s a few things that need to be updated… sleeps 12 but there’s not enough seating at the table but for 6 people to eat. The kitchen needs mixing bowls, casserole pan, cookie sheets and can opener. Need to fix basketball hoops and replace balls. There were no ball for badminton . The valley balls need to be the cloth covered for pool play. Those balls are to hard. Need to ask people with dogs to please pickup after them.. people don’t like steeping in the poop. I’m an animal lover an always make sure I clean up after my dogs out of respect for others. If you know there’s gonna be a large group in a house you need to supply plenty of towels… toilet and ac we’re leaking and even though you took care on them both fairly quickly we had you use several towel's to dry up water. Other than that it’s a beautiful place and the kids enjoyed it.

The house was beautiful! We especially liked the huge showers! Beds could have been a bit more comfortable but overall we were pleased with our stay.

The ranch and grounds with a large lake were beautiful and well maintained . The beds we're comfortable and bathrooms nice ! The kitchen was nice but rather under stocked . It had a gym and laundry room that was top noctch . Overall it was a great weekend get away ,we went in the January for a duck hunt so we didn't get to enjoy the lake/ kayaks and fishing
