- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.
- No parties or events. No smoking. No pets allowed.
- Accessibility: 1-2 steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floors. 3 bedrooms on the first floor.
- Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.
- Guest Screening: ID verification upload, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background screening required.
- Local Vacation Regulations: The city of Destin has an ordinance for noise, occupancy, parking, and conduct. We will communicate these to you and require compliance.
- A long-term tenant is residing in the apartment above the garage. The apartment has a completely separate entrance located behind the garage and does not share any spaces with the main home. The tenant does not have access to the pool, outdoor kitchen, yard, or any other guest amenities, which are reserved exclusively for your group. Our family of 9 (3 young children) had a great time in Destin. This local is perfect-close to beach, Publix and restaurants. Pool was amazing. We spent afternoons swimming. Great pool area, lots of space. Definitely will be back!

Great location. Communication with Mitch was excellent. House was well stocked, better than any we’ve stayed at. Lots of beach chairs, toys etc.pool was very nice to have with family and kids. Overall excellent property.
