Klimaanlage, nahe ins Städtchen, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus , Balkon

Salz und Pfeffer und Zucker dürfte meiner Meinung nach auch zur Grundausstattung gehören. Muesste halt noch extra gekauft werden.
