The guesthouse is ideally located right across from the bus and train stations and very close to the Old Town. It meets the visitor's needs quite well; the rooms are comfortable, and the mattresses are excellent. Basic amenities like a fridge and kettle are provided. What stands out most, however, is the kindness and courtesy of the owner and her entire family. I truly appreciated how they supported me during a minor, temporary health issue, treating me as if I were a member of their own family.

Both the exterior and interior of the building are in need of some improvements and maintenance. However, I would say it is an excellent value-for-money choice.

Profesjonalna obsługa, bardzo miła właściciela i jej mama, które pomagały w każdej sytuacji. Zdecydowanie polecam wszystkim, tym bardziej, że Mostar jest świetną bazą wypadową przy zwiedzaniu Bośni. Sam lokal jest również blisko centrum i słynnego mostu.

Check-in was easy and communication with the host was smooth throughout my stay. The apartment was spacious and very conveniently located close to both the bus and train stations. For me, arriving late by bus and leaving early by train from Mostar, the location was especially convenient.

I stayed for three nights, and unfortunately the apartment was missing several basic amenities that would have made the stay much more comfortable. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no large bath towels, and the kitchen utensils were very basic. The power outlets near the bed did not work, and there was no soap, shampoo, or dishwashing liquid provided. There were also some maintenance issues: the toilet seat was broken, the shower fixture was broken and hanging down, and there was no shower curtain, which meant the entire bathroom floor got wet every time I took a shower. Overall, the apartment has a great location and plenty of space, but a bit more attention to basic amenities and maintenance would significantly improve the experience.
