Naprosto klidná lokalita na okraji zástavby s rodinnými domy. apartment prostorný, akorát pro naše potřeby, vše potřebné bylo k dispozici. Zastíněný balkon s možností posezení přišel rovněž vhod. Bezproblémová dostupnost do centra, stejně jako na další místa v okolí.

Die ideale Nähe zum Donauradweg sind ein großes Plus,ebenso die gepflegte ruhige Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat der Balkon (mit Markise als Sonnenschutz) sehr gut gefallen. Konnte man abends noch einen Sundowner genießen. Wäscheständer für nasse Handtücher/Bekleidung ist auch sehr praktisch.
Es gibt nur eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, wir waren auf Filtermaschine eingerichtet - Pech gehabt. Die e-Bikes zu mieten, war leider nicht möglich, weil wir uns kurzfristig dazu entschlossen hatten. Also wer das unbedingt möchte, sollte es im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter abstimmen.

Die Ferienwohnung war modern eingerichtet und lag in einer ruhigen Lage. Regensburg war mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. erreichbar.
Das Bad war für Senioren nicht geeignet, da es eine kleine Badewanne mit einem hohen Einstieg hat.
