הדירה מקסימה, שקטה, נקייה ומרווחת. היא ממוקמת ליד פארק ונחל. יש חניה קרובה. בדירה חדר שינה וסלון ובמטבח יש את כל הכלים הדרושים. יש פינת ישיבה גם מחוץ לדירה. והמחיר ממש סביר.
