- layout of the upper floor where we spent all our time

“Pet friendly” meant there was dog poo in the garden, hair on the floor in the living area. Given my dirty feet after 15 minutes of walking barefoot, I doubt that this floor has seen a wet cleaning lately.
And based on the very corporate response after pointing out to them the dog poo, we can be sure they don't think they need to remove it either (they didn't in the remaining 3 days).
Mattrace upstairs is past its use-by date and the couch could use a steam clean as well.
