A perfect stay!

The apartment is located just outside Pisogne with a nice view on the river and the mountains. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The shopping mall is a 5 minute walk and within 10 minutes you're in the center of the town. The big terrace has a lot of sun and is a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and relax in the evening. Our host Nicole was very friendly and helpful. The apartment suited our needs beyond expectations. We have enjoyed every minute there! We'll for sure recommend a Casa di Febe to our friends and relatives.

The only thing we can think of is the lack of a parasol on the terrace as it get's very hot in the sun.

Perfect location and a lovely modern apartment.

Perfect location, 3 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the town, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Close to several supermarkets both on foot and by car. Quiet area. The outside area with a view of the river was a lovely place to relax. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean.

I specifically booked this apartment because it has air con, as we were staying in mid-August. The air con was very temperamental/ not very cool.

Relaxed and nice stay in Pisogne!

It is a brand new apartment, very clean and good beds. It has everything you need, like a washing machine, dish washer and a nice terrace.

Etwas Abseits vom Ort, aber zu Fuss gut zu erreichen

Lage: Von Pisogne aus geht man an einem verlassenen Industrieareal zu der Unterkunft. Man geht über eine Brücke, die vergittert ist. Die Unterkunft ist mit Draht vom Fluss abgesperrt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Die Unterkunft ist im Erdgeschoss, es ist ein bisschen Ringhörig, man hört die Nachbarn Stühle rücken. Ausstattung: Die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, es war uns angenehm warm im kühlen Oktober. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Sofa ist leider nicht (mehr) so bequem. Es ist unter einer Decke abgedeckt. Die Stühle sind aus Plastik, man kann nicht lange darauf sitzen. Die Gastgeberin is freundlich.

Die Küche ist neu. Die Ausstattung begrenzt sich auf das Nötigste. Wenn man kochen möchte, sollte man so viel wie möglich selbst mitbrigen, oder vor Ort kaufen. Der Vermieter hat uns freundlicherweise Bratpfannen und Messer gebracht, da sich von den vorhandenen Gerätschaften die Beschichtung ablöste. Das hat uns wirklich sehr geholfen. Man gibt eine Kaution, die man nach dem Aufenthalt ohne Probleme zurückerhält. Es ist nicht klar, wofür die Kaution ist, denn der Zustand der Unterkunft/der Möbel ist eigentlich nicht ganz so neu. Wenn man den Müll falsch trennt muss man 30 Euro Strafe zahlen. Wenn man sich verspätet bei der Anreise, muss man 25 Euro Gebühr bezahlen; man muss die Übergabe der Schlüssel persönlich machen.

L'appartement est bien situé. Nous pouvions laisser la voiture et être rapidement au centre ville. L'appartement était beau, classe et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la propreté et le confort des lits. La personne de contact de l'agence était aimable, nous répondait rapidement par whatsapp.

Ruhige Wohnlage, große Wohnung mit Terrasse, komplett ausgestattet. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Zentrum zur Altstadt in 15 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento moderno e impeccabile durante Pasqua, e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Gli interni sono curati nei dettagli, offrendo un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, arricchita da una splendida vista su un torrente immissario del lago d’Iseo. La cucina è ben attrezzata e la posizione ideale per esplorare la zona. Lo consiglio caldamente a chi cerca comfort e tranquillità.
