Acro Blue Luxury Villas

The views from the property were absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was wonderful. A special thanks to Genina - the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay

We chose and paid a premium for this specific property primarily for the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately, the water was never hot enough to use—it hovered around 32°C and only reached 34°C after multiple complaints, making it merely lukewarm and unusable. When addressing this, the property manager's attitude lacked courtesy and a genuinely service-oriented approach. Additionally, the indoor living space was quite small without a comfortable place to sit and eat, and the layout involved numerous stairs, requiring constant climbing up and down just to move between rooms.
