Villa was bright and spacious and well equipped. The location was good, despite unexpected building work happening at a neighbouring property, so the immediate outside area was scruffy. There are 2 very good local supermarkets with a taxi rank opposite. The villa is up a small hill so we used a taxi if we needed to carry lots of shopping. La Cala is an 8€ taxi ride away, it has super restaurants and well worth a visit. The location is also good for visiting Marbella Old Town about 30€ in a taxi. There were plenty of towels including pool towels on request.

Some aspects of the property were tired, in particular the garden area. The garden furniture needs to be replaced. A few tiles in the pool are chipped. It would have been useful if there was an instruction manual for the alarm, air conditioning etc. The microwave didn’t work and there were no batteries in the ceiling fan remote controls so the fans were rendered useless. We were surprised that the only items in the welcome pack were 1 bottle of water and 2 days worth of cleaning products for our 6 day stay. There wasn’t even any salt, oil or replacement bin liners and no chopping/bread board. Given the high price point of the villa we would have expected more attention to these details.

Superb villa! We had such a great time enjoying the jacuzzi in the master bedroom, the huge living-room where we watched movie, the bbq etc.
