- الاستاذ بدر شخصية محترمة جداً ومتعاونة جداً - المكان Pool View و فعلاً المكان كويس جداً و حتى ال Pool فى عملية نظافة مستمرة له - المكان نظيف جداً و كل المستلزمات الاساسية موجودة ( التكيفات ممتازة ؛ الفرن ؛ غسالة ؛ تلفزيون ؛ ميكرويف؛ …) - المكان قريب جداً من الشاطىء - بوابة 6 تقريباً 3 دقائق بالسيارة - التوقيت كان مثالي المكان لم يكن مزدحم و لم يكن فارغ تماماً - 34 حمام سباحة متاحين للمؤجرين - أمواچ فى مكان جيد جداً و بين البوابة 2 و 3 هناك مطاعم و العاب للاطفال صغيرة بس مسلية.
- يتم دفع مبلغ للدخول للبوابة و الشاطىء و يستثنى الاعمار ما اقل من 15 سنة و ما فوق 65 سنة بحد ادني 1500 جنيهاً للفرد لل 3 ايام و يزيد حسب ايام الاقامة. لكن جودة الاقامة و التعامل المحترم من استاذ بدر بتعوض الرسوم. هو فقط معرفة المعلومة مسبقاً هيكون شىء افضل لكن الرسوم نفسها ضمن المدفوعات لا تشكل شىء سلبي

I liked how it was easy to settle everything there, and how Mr Badr was responsive and so much cooperative

The fees applied by Amwaj that is additional to the accommodation is not nice especially that we have to use the beach of the rentals & not allowed to use the owners beach
