I had perfect communication and perfect stay. We were 12 people and really enjoyed our being in this flat. We even prepared breakfast for us and enjoyed our communion in this flat.

Well furnished and equipped apartment unit. Easy access to U-Bahn station.
For the shortcomings, I have already personally contacted landlord on the recommendations to improve in the apartment (Kitchen items, bathroom).
