The key to the appartment was in totally different place, than it was written

The location is very close to the tram and bus, there is also a supermarket very close to the house. The house was clean enough.

The toilet door wouldn't close. There were some dishes in the dishwasher and at first we thought they were dirty because there were some that were not washed completely. there was an empty coffee bag from the previous customer in the cupboard. The landlord stated that they did not provide coffee, but it was not the coffee but the empty coffee rubbish that was still there. The house is mentioned as a 4-person house, but there were no sheets and duvet covers for sleeping on the sofa except for the two-person bed. the quilts and pillows were dirty. The landlord also stated that there was an extra charge for the sheets and bed linen outside the bed. when I asked for additional toilet paper, he/she said that there was enough toilet paper. I didn't ask for anything extra, but the next day the sheets and toilet paper were left at home, and I even asked if the landlord want a fee. The landlord said, let me ask if the cleaner wants a transfer fee. Fortunately, no fee was charged afterwards. When I was asked to pay for the bed linen, which I thought should already be provided, I felt the need to ask if there was a charge even for the garbage bag in the house. I visit often but I saw such an approach for the first time and frankly it didn't make me feel good.
