At the end of a dirt road (not recommended for very low cars), this 160 m² villa, renovated in 2022, is nestled on a wooded plot of 2200 m² in a dominant position, facing south.
You benefit from:
- an unobstructed view of nature and the mountains
- a large garden with trees
- a private heated swimming pool out of season (8x4 m)
- spacious terraces with pergola, dining area and barbecue
- an outdoor shower
- Air conditioning

Warm and functional house for 6 people:
First floor:
- Large living room of 63 m² (living room, dining room, kitchen)
- 2 modular bedrooms (double bed or 2 singles) with direct access to terrace/swimming pool

Each bedroom has large closets.
