Located in the quiet area of Charmettoger, in the residence at the foot of the Aiguille Grive 3 slopes, comfortable duplex apartment for 4/5 people, 35m², on the 3rd floor with west-facing balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with 3 electric hobs, a mini oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle and toaster

The living room has a 140 cm sofa bed and a TV.

On the mezzanine, there is a bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as a sleeping area separated by a curtain with two bunk beds (90 cm) and one double bed (160 cm).

The balcony faces west, with unobstructed views of the valley.

Access to the slopes from the 4th floor.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost
