A 55-square-meter former barn renovated in 2022, located in a quiet rural setting, adjoining the owners’ Penty, situated 3 km from the beaches, the Guilvinec fishing port, and 7 km from La Torche Beach—a renowned surfing spot—and very close to shops.

First floor layout:
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room

Washing machine, drying rack, ironing board.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms:
accessible via a spiral staircase.
- Bedroom with 1 140-size bed and 2 nightstands
- Bedroom with 2 80-size beds that can be placed side-by-side and 2 nightstands
- Travel crib and playpen available upon request
Sheets are provided; the beds will be made upon arrival.

- South-facing terrace with dining area, lounge area, and electric grill
Access to the property’s garden is available
Outdoor games available upon request: ping-pong table, Breton palets, molkky, and pétanque balls.

Rates:
Off-season, excluding school breaks: 450€/week (short-term stays available at 67€ for stays of 2 nights or more)
June, September, and school holidays: 600€/week
July and August: 750€/week
Cleaning: If not performed by the guest, a 80€ end-of-stay cleaning fee will be charged.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon your arrival and will be refunded one week after your departure, minus the cost of any damage.
