Tropical Modernis Retreat is set up as a contemporary beach abode that is cool, cosy, and very relaxing. The front of the home contains open living areas, including a well provisioned kitchen, butler’s pantry, dining area, and a cosy lounge room. The floor to ceiling windows let in a ton of natural light and the huge sliding glass doors open onto the spacious undercover outdoor area give that extra space to relax, share a meal, listen to the ocean, and look out to the tropical gardens and lush green grass.
Follow the deck along the wooden walkway to bedroom 1 and a little further on you will reach bedroom 2.
Both bedrooms have their own ensuite, queen bed, and generous wardrobe space.
This stylish home is fully air conditioned with polished concrete flooring throughout , and is roomy enough to allow everyone to have their own relaxing space.
Perfectly positioned to embrace the smell of the salt air, hear the waves crushing onto the beach and yet feel like you are worlds away, you will have no choice but to relax.
Lei Lanis is in the most beautiful and convenient location with a pleasant short walk to the stunning golden sands of Mission Beach.
The main part of town “The Village Green” is only a short 5-minute walk away which is perfect to enjoy a cocktail or two as the sun goes down, or rise and shine to a yummy breakfast at one of the cafés ‘s or restaurant’s paradise has to offer.
Lei Lanis has many returning guests and hopes to make you one of them.
Minimum 3 nights, AUS $240 .
Minimum of 5 nights is required during the Easter &; June/July School Holidays, and a minimum 7 nights is required during September/October &; Christmas School Holidays.

Lei Lanis is a magnificent and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed walking to the nearby beach, fishing the pristine waters, and exploring the nearby tracks and trails.

Lovely tropical home. Everything you need

Personally we would not return to this property. We did not find it suitable for older people (all of us over 60)The walkway to the bedroom could do you a lot of damage if you lost your footing in the dark, and the lighting was terrible old yellow light bulkhead type (pointless being on)On-suit bathrooms had no doors, so lying on the bed gave you a great view of your partner on the toilet or in the shower. No sockets in on-suits, so nowhere to plug in toothbrushes ,razors etc.BR 1 aircon failed on the Saturday night giving us 2 unbearably hot,sticky and sleepless nights. We had to buy a can of cockroach surface spray on day one to eliminate the 9 that occupied the first bedroom. This should be done before guests arrive. Basin would not hold water(with plug in) for wet shave.Big star light on veranda seemed to be shorting out, I went in the dark to switch off the outside socket that it was connected to and nearly had a fall due to the two steps only located on the far side of the balcony from the back laundry door, again unsafe area very poorly lit.Kitchen sink around the back of the kitchen, in a separate area,seemed a very odd idea?I could go on but needless to say I was glad when our 3 night stay was over!
