Erinomainen ja rauhallinen sijainti, parin minuutin kävelymatka keskusaukiolle. Oma parveke. Pysäköinti pihalla lukitun portin takana. Kiva ympäristö. Pesukone kylpyhuoneessa.
Vähän karu sisustus, pelkkä televisio olohuoneen seinällä. Astioiden säilytys laatikossa uunin alla lattian rajassa.

Väga hea asukoht - kesklinnas kõik käe-jala juures, aga samas väga vaikne, tänavamüra polnud kuulda. Korter on kena ja uue sisustusega.
Kaheinimesevoodis oli üheinimesetekk - seda kahjuks ei õnnestunud kahe vahel jagada. Õnneks olid ööd nii palavad, et ei pidanud perenaist keset ööd tülitama hakkama. Vannitoa ventilatsioon oli kehv, rätikud jäid märjaks.
