la situation exceptionnelle de la résidence. Vue sur les montagnes, magique! le spa avec vue sur le Montblanc et l'Aiguille du midi. la proximité du centre ville. l'ambiance générale de la résidence: paisible et luxueux.

manque machine pour expresso et table extérieur pour prendre ton café sur le balcon.

a beautiful, well maintained, 3 bedroom apartment in a vacation building with great facilities (swimming pool and gym) perfect for big families and in a beautiful location in Chamonix. we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very nice and cosy, we could feel the input of the owners and the effort of the maintnance services.

the apartment is maintained by an outside long distance service, which is not located in Chamonix, and if you need something they are on the one hand, very quick to respond, and very friendly, but on the other hand,they are not the ones giving you the actual service and they reffer you to the manager of the apartment building if you are in need of something. In our case, we were promised 2 key cards to the public area (the entrance to the building, the spa and the pool) and when we arrived we discovered only 1 key card which made it vety difficult for us to manage as we were a group of 8 persons. we understood that it wasn't intentional to give us only 1 key card, but instead of making sure we recieved the key card and fixing the situation as soon as possible, they just told us we had to take care of it ourselves and go to the apartment manager at his reception hours (between 4-6 pm only) to get a new key card. we came to Chamonix for a vactation. we had a daily plan of travel and hiking, so giving us the mission to get the key card at hours that were not comfortable for us, as we were outside everyday, was very dissapointing. until now I don' t understand why was it so hard for them to ask the apartment manager to get us the keys and deliver it to us instead of giving us the mission to chase him (thats how it felt). another point I would like to add, is that there should be more information inside the apartment about how the doors of the apartments are locked (Not a regular door) or about the hours of the swimming pool, and where to find the billiyard sticks and so on. all that information was missing and when we asked to get answers, again they reffered us to the .....apartment manager , who was only available 2 hours a day in the afternoon (hours that we were outside travelling)

The apartment has a wonderful view from the balcony and is ideal for two families. The facilities (pool, spa, garden, climbing wall) were great. Location is also very good, close to Chamonix city Centre, but quiet and green.

The kids playroom is a bit useless.

The property is what you see in the pictures, the pool area with sauna, hot tub and steam room are amazing after a days skiing. The apartment was perfect and the whole family loved staying there.

If I was to pick one thing and it’s only a minor point is there was eight of us staying 4 adults 3 teenage kids and my 10 yr old niece and the one corner settee was just not quite big enough for all of us, I would remove the table behind it push it back into the corner and put either a couple of comfy seats or another 2 seater settee as there’s plenty of room and the table in the kitchen was perfect for us all to eat at.
