I had a very enjoyable stay at this condominium unit and would highly recommend it for both short- and long-term stays. The location is excellent, with the unit conveniently situated right next to a shopping mall, making it easy to access groceries, restaurants, and daily necessities. The unit itself was clean, well-maintained, and accurately represented in the listing on Booking.com. It had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The high-speed internet was particularly appreciated, as it fully supported my work requirements without any issues. The washing machine was also excellent and very useful for an extended stay. The balcony receives plenty of sunlight and becomes quite warm by midday, which is actually a great advantage as it provides an excellent space for drying clothes quickly.

There are a few areas where the unit could be improved. The sound insulation could be better, as some outside noise can be heard inside the apartment. A little more soundproofing would significantly improve the overall comfort, especially for light sleepers. For guests staying longer and cooking regularly, a larger refrigerator would be beneficial. Some of the cooking pans also need replacement, as a few appear to have been damaged or burnt by previous guests. Adding a safe deposit box for guests to store valuables would also be a valuable security feature. Also, when I checked in, I had a minor accident in the bathroom; I slipped on the floor, causing a bit of knee discomfort for a few days - the culprit? A wet bathroom floor. The rug/mat did not help much. Please ensure that cleaning includes keeping the floor dry. One small suggestion to elevate the experience further would be to provide a memory foam mattress topper. These are relatively inexpensive online but can greatly improve sleeping comfort and would complement the luxury branding and overall quality of the accommodation. There are also a few minor issues that are outside the control of the owner. Guests should be aware that some corridor noise from other residents can occasionally be heard. Additionally, cooking smells from neighbouring units (for example, when someone fries fish) can enter through the gaps around the door, which is more a building ventilation/design issue than a problem with this particular unit.

This property deserves more than 5 star accommodations. Way far better than any other homestay nearby neighboring overpriced homestay. The host allowed early chech in with no extra charge. The unit was immaculately clean and smelled so fresh. Well interior decorated with good quality furniture and appliances.

The caretaker was asking for Php150 for early check-in despite the owner permission to check in at 13:00 with no extra charge.

Had a broken door to the balcony causing issues. Though someone was able to jury rig it for my stay which helped the issue
