Apartament posiada osobne wejście. Po drugiej stronie ulicy jest mały sklepik osiedlowy, a obok budynku znajduje się całodobowa apteka. Dostępny jest parking. W apartamencie znajduje się mikrofalówka, mała lodówka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, czajnik elektryczny, talerze, sztućce, szklanki, kieliszki, gąbka do mycia naczyń oraz ręczniki. Jest również płyn do kapieli, mydło do rąk. Z apartamentu jest blisko do PKP, autobusów, centrum, oraz blisko do większego sklepu.

Dość nieczysto, nie można połączyć się z internetem mimo informacji, iż jest taka możliwość (być może chwilowy problem), brak gorącej wody pod prysznicem ( jest ciepła, natomiast jeśli ktoś po wędrówce, po górach lubi gorący prysznic to niestety…), zaniedbane ściany
