Buvo švaru ir erdvu.
Peskaroje lijo, nebuvo iš anksto įjungtas šildymas, todėl miegoti ir būti apartamentuose buvo šalta. Nebuvo galimybės išsivirti kavos ar arbatos, nes nebuvo nei kavos, nei arbatos, nei virdulio.
