I like the staff a lot, everyone was very helpful. Also to food in the hotel was amazing each day.
Lighting in the wallways was not working at night.

Good staff, huge swimming pool and garden, good landscaping, tight security, good location, and very good mattress. We left one of our phones in the lobby and a staff member returned it Security.
Maintenance has been compromised (e.g. squeaky closet doors and malfunctioning elevators), the 3 elevators do not have a unified control button, so they operate independently. Room is okay but with a musty smell. One day the cleaning staff forgot to give us towels. Room and restaurant rates are quite expensive for what it has and the state of general maintenance.
