The main bedroom offers a King size bed and the secondary bedroom offers a Full size bed. With ample kitchen appliances and cookware provided to whip up your favorite dishes, this cottage has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy outdoor grilling on the patio or relax indoors while streaming your favorites on the TVs – no matter how long you decide to stay, we’ve got it covered here at French Oak Cottage!
We are happy to welcome your four-legged family members! The backyard is small - about the size of a large dog run, but the neighborhood is very walkable and there is a dog park only a couple blocks away. Please review the Pet Policies under the House Rules section. Please note that there is a $100 fee for each pet. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation.
If you have a small baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need.
You will access the property with a smart lock on the front door. Your code will be provided approximately 24 hours before check-in.
The home is cooled by a wall A/C in the living room and window A/Cs in each bedroom. The home is heated by a furnace heating system in the living room and space heaters are provided for each bedroom.

For our quick business, pleasure and medical visits this property served us well. Very quaint and the location was perfect. I will consider this property again on our next visit however a few things could make a really good experience a really great one. A clean bbq with bbq tools, steak knives, no dish pan or dish cloths (no dishwasher so handwashing required which I don't mind but with proper acrutrements)the Back yard is adequate in size but it is all weeds and debris (it could be very cute) Microwave too high (my 5' mom couldn't reach) A counter version would be better, broiler not working These are not show stoppers but certainly items that would help this cute propertyWe will definitely consider this property again in May when we return

We had a nice stay at this cute house. It is very close to the downtown area with its shopping and restaurants.Quiet at night for good sleeping. Enjoyed the Lodi area.
