Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 6 guests, this home promises to be an integral part of every vacation, greeting guests with its sunny stuccoed exterior and reminding the world of a simpler time in life.

As the double doors leading inside swing open, a sense of peace and welcoming falls over all who enter. Built in a time when homes were designed to have separate spaces for each activity, the secrets and beauty of the home are about to be revealed, and as guests step into the bright and cheerful foyer, anticipation will begin to build. A soft white sofa set is placed so as to enjoy the large television resting on its own stand at one end or views of the backyard where much of the fun this home offers will be held.

A bistro table with two chairs takes up space in a corner by sliding glass doors that lead out to a secondary dining area by the pool. Live plants give this area of Villa Coral Bay a feel of the tropics adding a natural beauty to the space.

Pocket doors separate the cozy kitchen from this area, featuring a space filled with modern conveniences that help bring back the joy in cooking. Crisp white appliances keep the room feeling cheerful and an expanse of breakfast bar fronted by two iron and wicker bar stools provides a quiet spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a late-night snack after all other guests are in bed. Sea-themed décor in the form of wooden crabs remind visitors that the beach is close at hand.

Close enough to actually be considered a part of the kitchen, the dining room is anchored by a large wood table that offers enough seats for every seat in the house! Cushioned chairs are comfortable, ensuring that board game nights can go into extra innings and the tea that is shared here does not have to be gulped down while another entry to the deck hints at more fun to come.

Wood floors give the master suite a homey feel and the king bed that rests atop promises a good night sleep every night of this unforgettable escape to Cape Coral. A large television is mounted to the wall opposite the bed and another entrance to the expansive back deck gives guests a tranquil spot to enjoy their morning coffees. Both bathrooms of Villa Coral Bay are shared by all guests, with the first bath offering a tub shower combo and double vanity.

Bedroom number two offers a king bed with a driftwood styled headboard as its focal point, placed so as to face the television (all rooms have televisions.)

Bedroom number three is the perfect room for children or for older siblings looking to relive their childhood experiences with their favorite sister or brother. Offering two twin beds, a television, and a beach themed décor that adds charm, its quiet peace will soon be broken with gasps of laughter and loud chatter. The second bath accessible from all three bedrooms features a tub shower combo and single vanity and leads into a laundry room featuring a full-sized washer and dryer and laundry sink.

The entertainment mecca of most homes in Florida, including our beautiful example is the backyard where screened in lanais guard against dive bombing insects, and large pools keep residents cool on the hottest days of the year. Surrounded by lounge chairs where some great books will be read, Villa Coral Bay also offers dining areas, sitting areas, barbecue grill, and a large private dock on the canal just beyond. Offering a thatched umbrella for shade and more spaces to sit and lounge, it is a great place to relax and enjoy another tropical beverage or to launch the kayaks we provide into the waterway for a few hours of watery adventures!
