Excelente ubicación cerca de una estación de metro y caminando un poco más cerca del Arco del Triunfo que tiene todas las conexiones de transporte público esenciales. La zona muy bonita y tranquila. El alojamiento limpio y moderno, éramos 6 y entramos sin problema.

Al ser 6 el agua caliente no nos duraba mucho tiempo, se gastaba muy rápido. Las habitaciones son abiertas por lo que se escucha todo, si hay alguien que ronca lo escucharán en todas las habitaciones y luego hay poca privacidad para usar el baño, ya que wáter está en toda la cocina y otro la habitación inferior.

L’endroit était sympa, l’appartement très bien vraiment tout est super.

Non ho trovato la struttura pulitissima. Accettabile. Il prezzo era abbastanza alto e quando da 6 persone siamo diventate 4 (per motivi seri di salute) non abbiamo avuto nessuno sconto, neanche minimo.

We have been to Europe many times, and understand Europe is not America. The apartment is three levels - entry on middle floor, with an upper loft floor and basement level. Middle floor has a living room with sofa bed, and small kitchen with a half bath. Basement level has washing machine, bedroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upper loft level has bedroom with shower and sink only. No a/c, and only operable windows are on upper loft floor. The apartment is on a street corner that is not overly busy, but the orientation doesn't allow for much of a breeze through the loft floor windows. We were there end of June, with heat reaching low 90s, and it was very stuffy in the apartment. We'd requested two fans prior to arrival, however only had one until day 5/7 of our stay. The fans helped tremendously once received, but at night we slept with windows open. The location is not near any major sites, but is across the street from a bakery, great pizza, as well as a short walking distance to delicious sushi, grocery stores, a pharmacy, McDonalds, the Metro and RER lines. The hosts were friendly and responsive (except regarding the missing fan after arrival), and the keys were missing from the lockbox at arrival, but were delivered within ~20 minutes.

Don't expect this apartment to be furnished like an Air BnB. Minimal furnishings, but mostly adequate (kitchen has all necessities, including nice welcome goodies at arrival). Bed pillows were small euro sized pillows with little stuffing -we all used our travel pillows in lieu of the bed pillows. There is a washing machine, but no dryer (pay laundry down the street). Towels are not refreshed through the stay, which wouldn't be an issue for short stays, but even when hanging to dry for multiple uses they need to be washed after a week long stay. The stairs are nothing short of hazardous. They are metal, have no railing, and caused quite a few slips/bruises. Definite no for small kids as they could literally tumble from the upper floor all the way to the basement. The basement floor was tangibly damp, and had a horrible odor that rendered the area unusable. Given it has the full bath I'm assuming it is intended to be the main bedroom, however adults slept on the top loft level and gave the basement level to the kids. My 11 yr old slept there the first night, but later opted to sleep on the floor of the living room because the bottom level was "wet" and smelled. The sofa bed had broken supports at the foot of the bed, which caused the mattress to be lumpy, but my 12 yr old slept okay. The towel bars in every bathroom were hanging from the screws, and the shower heads in the upper loft level bathroom weren't secured tightly. While we knew we'd have a $1500 hold for potential damage, we were unaware we'd be charged a ridiculous $25 fee by a company to apply this temporary hold. The extra space was nice, but the charming quirkiness quickly lost its appeal, and overall not worth the money given the bottom level wasn't usable.
