No programan la llave del cuarto por los dias de alojamiento, cada vez que regresaba tenia que ir a la recepción a que la reactiven, una vez que les reclame mi molestia, lo solucionaron.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne w czasie pobytu (lodówka, pierkarnik, płyta indukcyjna, pralka, suszarka do włosów itp.) Dostępne miejsce parkingowe w cenie. Blisko centrum handlowe. Widok z okna.
Zepsuta roleta w sypialni. Dla wrażliwców hałas z ulicy przy otwartym oknie.

Overall the apartment is nice and comfortable. Great location- 6 minute walk to the shopping centre and its right across the road from the Polsat Plus Arena. The view is amazing. The apartment has a nice balcony and everything you need. The parking space is great as well. Great communucation with the host and clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Will definitely stay here again.
You have to first park outside somewhere and get the remote to the garage before parking in the garage.This is a small thing that of course can't be changed but it would be good to include this in the instructions.There is a 15 min parking place right next to the apartment. The only thing that i didnt like was the pillows. They are horrible please change them :) Its also a bit pricey.

Blisko Auchan, samochodem łatwo( o ile korków nie ma ) dojechać gdzie się potrzebuje. Pod klatką żabka.
Pokoje czyste.
Kontakt z obiektem. Do momentu gdy nie był potrzebny wszystko było ok. Niestety zarezerwowałem kilka pobytów na raz że względu na lokalizację obiektu ( dla mnie była idealna, ale żonie ciężko było poruszać się komunikacją ). Dzwoniłem kilkanaście razy. Zazwyczaj jest sie pierwszym w kolejce ale 20- 30 min trzeba odsłuchiwać zapętlona informację. Co jakiś czas pojaeia się pułapka. "Jeśli nie chcesz czekać nacisnij 1 a oddzwonimy do ciebie" Pierwsze parę razy sie naciąłem, by dzień czy dwa dni później znowu dzwonić. Na szczęście miałem kilka miesięcy na rozwiązanie mojego problemu... Prosiłem o scalene dwóch rezerwacji w jedną.
Przy dłuższych pobytach brak informacji gdzie jest zsyp/kosz na smieci. Klucz nie działa do tego na wprost wejścia do klatki.
Podłoga w prysznicu źle wyprofilowana - przy kąpieli trzeba uważać by nie zalać łazienki.
