The location. The Fact that it was pet friendly. They provided equipment to use including fishing poles, tackle boxes, bikes, yard toys and games, fire place, bbq. We really enjoyed our stay.
We loved the property. We do wished it had a hot tub.

Just like the pics, perfect location, very comfortable, and lots of things to do! The bikes were an added bonus and so fun for our family!!

Location to the hot springs
Didn’t say it was a a single wide trailer with small bedrooms and no floors space after pulling out the hide a beds you couldn’t walk through the living room to go to the bathroom . No lights out side all tiki lights didn’t work , the charcoal stove was to full of ashes we couldn’t use tried to clean it but the garbage can was chained to a pole .Also need to update the outside games as the corn Hole game is splitting in half .I would say 6 people max it’s very small inside to try and have a meal and with no lighting outside it made it really difficult . I wouldn’t recommend 😔Also they charged $158.00 cleaning deposit almost as much as the $220 a night and then asked me to start washing towels and to run the dishwasher( which all the dishes were done a put away) We left it the way we found it . Just so you know this isn’t my first Airbnb rodeo You shouldn’t have keep asking for my feedback
