Positioned perfectly along Ali'i drive on the Kona coast, this private & gated oasis is located just minutes from downtown Kona.
Beyond the grand entrance awaits professionally designed interiors, the sound of waves crashing on the shore and sweeping ocean views- Serving up the perfect blend of tropical luxury and coastal chic.
Our oceanfront estate has an open plan living, natural materials and textures, and a stunning combination of bright and airy colors inspired by the ocean.
It has your own Private sandy beach in front of the very expansive lanais, pool and heated spa. Multiple Dining areas- oceanfront for 6, on the Lanai for 10 and inside for 8.
Mix your tropical cocktails in the fully fitted outdoor bar. For the sports enthusiasts, the 75" TV lowers down from the ceiling for your viewing pleasure in the perfect indoor outdoor setting.
Both covered and open air lanais feature plush chaise loungers and Tommy Bahama resort style furnishings.
Create your own flavors and unique experiences with your friends and family in our fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring Charcoal grill Kamado Joe, Alfresco gas grill with rotisserie and a wood fired pizza oven (charcoal, wood and gas provided)
The fun does not end after the sun sets, the area magically comes to life with the lighting of the tiki torches and illuminating lights in the trees.
Spacious Beach house 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, ceiling fans, air conditioning and televisions The extra large 800 sq feet Master and Jr Master King suites have surrounding spectacular views of the ocean. The master has a wonderful adjustable bed with massaging function. Falling asleep was never easier. The third suite is on the first level has XL twin beds. All linens and furnishings are 5 star quality with luxurious amenities
If you must work, there is a large office equipped with printer with soothing views out to the green interior courtyard. The cottage has 2 bedrooms(see aerial photo)a Large 600 sq ft Master upstairs and a queen downstairs each with their own bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and TV. The property is rented as one so there will never be anyone else on the property.
Kona Beach Estate is in a very protected cove with a reef right out in front including a white sandy beach for your enjoyment. Directly to the south is "turtle" beach, a sheltered area where you can explore the tide pools and observe the diverse sea life. Great for Keiki playing in the water and snorkeling. To the north you can see surfers on Ala Kawa- a great surf spot for the very experienced surfer as the rocks can be a challenge.
The oceanfront is an ever changing visual display - playful dolphins, enchanting whales, surfers, paddle boarders, snorkelers, fishing boats, Body Glove tour boats, para gliders and more coming and going through the day. As one of our delighted guests commented "we love lounging on the lanai while watching natures big screen!"

Kona Beach Estate will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We chose this property as the setting for our wedding on the Big Island, and we truly could not have imagined a more perfect place to begin our marriage.The property is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, enjoying the incredible views, and watching the sunsets over the water made every moment feel like a dream. The grounds provided the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and photos, creating memories we will cherish for a lifetime.Beyond the beauty of the estate, what stood out most was how peaceful and private it felt. It gave us the opportunity to slow down, be fully present with our family, and truly enjoy such an important moment together. The home was comfortable, well cared for, and had everything we needed throughout our stay.Kona Beach Estate is more than just a place to stay. It is a place where unforgettable memories are made. We are so grateful that this was the place where we said “I do” and started this next chapter of our lives. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and meaningful Big Island experience.

This estate is amazing. Everything was as promised and more. We were met at the property and given a tour and overview of all the amenities. As frequent vacation rental travelers, it was a nice touch to actually meet a person at the property instead of automated access and roaming around for the light switches. We never left the property for dinner as we all agreed we had the best oceanfront view in town. We did hire a private chef for a special evening and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be back.Thanks for an amazing property and incredible amenities.Tammy

Our stay was beyond words, amazing. Absolute dream vacation and honestly never wanted to leave the house. We had a family of 11 staying, ages 77-11 and the layout was ideal with everyone have more than enough room. The extra guest house was perfect. The view is breathtaking, we found ourselves spending the majority of time in the outdoor living space and lanai. Every morning we enjoyed the kayakers and boaters and most afternoons was surfing entertainment. The kids enjoyed the pool and playing cornhole on the beach in front almost every evening. The welcome snacks and goodies after traveling so far was so appreciated—this house has everything you could want or ask for. It was extremely clean, well cared for, perfectly decorated and just a perfect gem of a find. Of all the places we’ve rented over the years, this was a treasure. If you’re wavering at all, just book it, you won’t regret!
