fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine-

Property is in a good location and clean. But management by the local agency is very poor. We didn't feel welcome and booking was over complicated with a lengthy contract. The agency can't be bothered to make sure the bins are emptied so there's a 50 Euro fine for using the outside bins at the house. We were told to use the bins in the resort car park but these were full. Everything is organised for the convenience of the agency and a stress free holiday is not a priority. We were told if there were any problems on arrival no help would be given for 2 days. The details for cleaning are onerous but cleaning equipment provided is very poor. We paid a lot for an out of season break and it turned out to be poor value. We just wanted a friendly owner to talk to but that was nowhere to be seen.
