Nestled in 23 acres of land which guests can enjoy, with a vast array of bird and wildlife, and the panoramic views to the sea and the Scottish hills beyond. The cottage is well placed to walk the tranquil northern fells or to visit the unspoilt Cumbrian coast, Carlisle and Hadrian’s Wall. The renowned Cumbrian village of Caldbeck with a pub, tea rooms and shop is nearby. Beach 16¾ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.

The Hot tub is heated by our own eco biomass boiler giving a fully automatic operation with the lowest environmental impact of any hotter on the market. And with most of our electricity provided by our 15kw range of solar panels. The tub is situated on the rear patio with private aspect but still with fantastic views over the Solway plain down to the sea making a very special holiday experience. Cot hire is available for £10.00. Up to two dogs only, at a charge of £3 per pet per night.
