Eine schön renovierte und saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung im Erdgeschoss. Besonders gefallen hat uns der private Whirlpool. Die Empfehlungen der Vermieterin sind wirklich gut, besonders die Restaurants.

Wenn wir etwas kritisieren würden, wäre es die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. In der Erdgeschosswohnung hört man leider alle Tritte und Schritte der oberen Wohnung.

Marina provided us with great tips in Pula and Leo was super friendly and helpful on site. The studio was impeccably clean and fresh and has everything you need for a nice stay. The bed was very comfortable. We could park on the property. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming snacks and the refreshments including a nice local wine. Leo gave us a tour of the pool and hot tub area and was always willing to answer questions we had.

It is located next to a relatively busy street. Cars & motorcycles regularly raced by the apartment. City council should place a speed bump or camera to slow down traffic. The bathroom is quite small, not designed for big people.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. Two doublebeds with a lot of pillows. Hostess very nice, helpful! Separate extra toilet, good. Fully equipped bathroom, even hairdryer and washing powder to do the laundry. Nice wiew over the neigbourhood and the sea. The shop is just around the corner, pool area perfect, nice and mediterranean! You almost have this place for your self, thats nice. And a fig tree to pick tasty figs from in July! Nice area but also a bit far away for walking. We prefered the Plaza Histria for swimming, the water perfect for snorkling and nearby restaurant.

Kitchen have everything and is very new but also small, enough for light cooking though. The window in the roof needs something more to be darker at nighttime. Trendy furniture at the balcony but perhaps a table with chairs for dining instead? Very nice wiew however! We could not spot any smoke alarms? We brought our own.

The host was extremely kind and welcoming – as soon as we called, she arrived quickly, handed us the key, and gave us lots of helpful tips about nearby beaches and places worth visiting. In terms of communication and friendliness, we have no complaints. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. Upon arrival, there was no sign or address on the house to indicate where the apartment was, and there were no keys waiting for us. The apartment itself (studio) was very small, and the bathroom was so narrow that it was difficult to move around or even sit comfortably on the toilet. The surroundings of the property were not well maintained. Our studio apartment was located directly on the pathway used by all other guests to access their apartments, meaning everyone passed right by our outdoor table where we ate. Since you naturally keep the door open while cooking or preparing meals, this resulted in a complete lack of privacy, which we found quite disturbing. The pool area and terrace also seemed neglected and not properly maintained. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was very noisy during the night, which disturbed our sleep. Because of all these issues, I personally would not choose to stay in this apartment again, despite the host's kindness and helpfulness.
