La recepción y estancia estupenda. La persona encargada de entregarnos las llaves y mostrarnos el ático muy acogedora y amable, mostrándose servicial y atenta en todo momento. Todo muy limpio. Volveremos sin duda

A parte de la luminosidad del espacio y las vistas desde la terraza, para mí la parte más positiva fue el trato con el personal que recibe a los visitantes. Encarna, David (en persona) y Jose Luis (vía telefónica) en todo momento mostraron una disposición excepcional y muy agradable en el trato. Además de respeto a la intimidad y privacidad que valoro como un 11. Muchas gracias, Volveré con toda seguridad.
Hay un pequeño detalle fácilmente salvable que es la escalera que da acceso de la planta baja a la alta. Es un poco endeble, pero con un refuerzo se soluciona rápido y todo estaría a mi parecer, genial para tener acceso al centro de Jerez y a un alojamiento calidad precio, estupendos.
