The room and the facilities were okay

So we have booked 2 room for 4 people and opted for breakfast. The staff said that we can only have one portion for each one, like choice between Puri or toast and that too 4 pieces. We have asked for more puris and they have provided extra 4 but they have charged 70 rupees for that. When asked the staff said that its complementary which he doesnt know is chargeable. Also for 4 people they have given only 500 ml of water and not 1 litre, we have ordered extra bottle which they have included in the final bill.

Comfort, location, cleanliness, well behaved and friendly staffs, so on and so forth..

Spacious room with several windows (which is a plus in India) and great area (safe, clean and with decent food options). It is a simple hotel that could be a topper on its category with a good value for money

Arriving after 8:00 pm we expected our room to be ready for the four guests, however there were insufficient pillows (2), blankets (2) and towel (1!!!). Took a while to get things setup. But the worst was the shower with no hot water. 3 different people came to the room and no one solved for it. The last person asked for 2 minutes and never returned. If the hotel can deliver on some basics (organization and hot water) it has great potential
