Location and convenience, weekly and monthly discounted rates!

We were in town for a graduation. The location was perfect. We even walked from the college one time. Kroger was very close, which was convenient. After graduation we were having a party for family and friends so having a kitchen helped us to get things made and warmed up for the event. One of the people in our family is sensitive to smoke and even with the scent burner we could smell cigarette and/or cigar smells...especially upstairs. Also, it would be nice if the bed was a little bigger in the second bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with extras, the decor was nice, there were so many throws and blankets which gave it a homey feel. It was just what we needed.

Unit was amazing. Clean and fresh scent throughout and everything you needed to feel at home. Affordable and super convenient to food, fuel and access to main roads. Only slight drawbacks were shower head ( no pressure ) and some outside noise occasionally. Only stayed a week , but great rental !

This is a remodeled split level apartment. We were the first people to stay in it and there were a lot of little things that should be addressed before anyone else stays. There were a couple of things that I think are worth noting. The first one is the location. There are no pictures of the outside of the building And now I understand why. This is a unit that is behind a business and the parking is very tricky and the area is kind of sketchy. If I would’ve seen pictures of the outside and the area, I probably would have skipped over this rental. The other major issue is that the only television is downstairs and it is a Roku TV with no cable attached. If you subscribe to a streaming service you can access that but their Internet connection is not strong enough to run it. I could not get any of my streaming services to load on the television so there was no television to watch while we were there. The other thing to note is that this unit is big enough for two adults but it is not child friendly and the bathroom is small. The bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs and the living area is downstairs so you do have to walk up and down the stairs every time you need to go to the bathroom. The appliances are also pretty old and there is no ice whatsoever with the freezer. The furniture is comfortable and the bed was really comfortable and the entire unit is decorated and is very cute; I just don’t think they were quite ready for someone to stay there.
