Villa Green Pearl spans two floors and has been carefully designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The ground floor features a large, open-plan living area designed for socializing and relaxation. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, including an induction stove, hood, freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes all necessary cookware and tableware, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease and convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a beautiful wooden table that seats six people – perfect for shared meals and enjoyable evenings over good food.
The living space also includes an elegantly appointed seating area with a large flat-screen television where guests can relax and enjoy their favorite movies and series. Adding to the joy is a bar area, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine from the local vineyards. For younger guests, there is a children’s room equipped with toys, board games, and a PlayStation console, offering plenty of fun and entertainment. The ground floor also includes a modern guest restroom.
Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. Was für eine wunderschöne und neue Villa. Die Gastgeber erfüllen dir umgehend jeden Wunsch.

Die Villa und die Außenanlagen sind wirklich traumhaft. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche (die wirklich mit fast allem ausgestattet ist - vor allem die Eiswürfelmaschine stand bei uns hoch im Kurs) und nochmal separaten "Gäste-WC". Im Obergeschoss sind dann drei fast identische Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Duschbad. Alles scheint noch relativ neu zu sein und war sehr sauber. Das Esszimmer haben wir eigentlich nicht genutzt, dafür saßen wir schon zum Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt am Pool. Der Pool lädt auch direkt zum abkühlen ein. Wir haben zwar nicht ganz verstanden, warum man die Liegen in den Pool stellt, aber gut. Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren super freundlich, der Kontakt per WhatsApp sehr einfach. Zur Begrüßung standen lokaler Schinken, Käse und Wein für uns bereit. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei, die durch den Garten tollen konnten wie sie wollten, da das Grundstück mit einer Mauer umzäunt war. Allerdings ist diese an manchen Stellen doch recht niedrig, sodass man je nach Hund doch ein Auge drauf haben muss ... :) Einziges kleines Manko waren die Matratzen. Da hätte man vielleicht doch ein bisschen mehr investieren können. Aber für drei Nächte war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Villa liegt in einem sehr kleinen Dorf auf Krk, aber in nicht mal 5 Gehminuten ist ein kleiner Laden, der trotz der geringen Fläche fast alles hat, was man so für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Wenn man zum Meer will, dann braucht man ein Auto oder ist gut eine Stunde zu Fuß unterwegs. Aber durch den eigenen Pool lässt sich das verschmerzen. Also zusammenfassend kann ich nur sagen, dass wir sofort wiederkommen würden.

Es war wirklich wunderschön, sowohl das Haus als auch die Umgebung.
Man hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und in live war das Haus noch schöner als auf den Bildern ☺️
Wir konnten uns bei jeder Frage an die Hausbesitzer wenden.
Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.
