This property is located on a beautiful river that you can listen to every night as you fall asleep. There’s no neighbors to deal with no noise to deal with and it’s lovely.. The property is well located within 30 minutes of Eugene and there’s a reasonable drive to the coast and lots of activities.

This host was a fantastic host! From start to finish, the communication with the host was flawless. Expectations were stated in the beginning and never wavered. The property was as described in the photo. You will have a beautiful view of the river (although no direct access on the property). Mornings on the deck are amazing to soak in the river sounds and crisp Oregon air. The bathroom is small for large groups or multiple families, but was workable for our small group. Its close enough to Eugene and far enough to feel tucked away. Book it, you won't regret it.
