Villa Nika with private heated pool

There was a lot to love about the property. The host was very kind and had provided some food items for us to use and some treats as well! It was nicely decorated and well equipped. Good quality beds and bathrooms. We were happy on the whole. She offered clean towels and was helpful with suggestions for supermarkets and trips. The property looked very smart downstairs and on the decking.

We had understood that we were booking a villa rather than an apartment. The description called it a villa and said that the entire place was ours. Instead, we were completely overlooked by people in the apartments above when dining outside and swimming. The pool was cold and there was no evidence it was heated. Consequently, we didn't use it much and couldn't use it after dinner at all. There were only 4 sunbeds for 5 of us. There was a lot of building rubble at the front of the house which gave a poor impression. Also, the other houses were very close so there was a lot of noise from barking dogs and crying babies. Overall good but these things did spoil it for us.

Obiekt bardzo sympatyczny, każda sypialnia ze swoją łazienką, kuchnia salon wyposażony a zadaszany basen i jakuzzi dopełniło całość przy którym bardzo miło spędzało się czas w szczególności wieczornymi porami. Właściciele bardzo mili i gościnni😍. Miłe zaskoczenie jak przyjeżdżasz i są kwiaty, wino, owoce, słodkie niespodzianki i lodówka częściowo uzupełniona w podstawowe produkty, napoje. Naprawdę bardzo polecam i jak tylko cały budynek będzie skończony na takim poziomie to szacunek dla Właścicieli, wyzwania w takich obiektach zawsze jest utrzymanie w nienagannym stanie, czystość całego obiektu. Polecam, gdyż przyjeżdżasz i komfortowo mieszkasz, wypoczywasz bez stresu i w spokojnym miejscu, że aż żal wyjeżdżać.

Exceptional place to stay. Beautiful villa, lovely pool, and good location. The owners are wo defuoly helpful and were kind enough to provide a welcome drink and supplies, plus any information we needed. Can't recommend it enough, and we will be back.
