Too small
Nice owner Location Beautiful view Kitchen
Too small for a family with 2 adults and 3 children. In the night we couldn't even use the toilet as one person had to sleep in the small hall where a bunk bed was placed. It's good for 1 or 2 persons but not more. No toilet paper, no towels, no sheets, maybe it's French system that nothing is provided but for a foreign tourist is impossible to take all that to the location.

Nice location, bad conditions
The location is great, with good views and good parking. Plenty of warm water. Quiet and relatively private place.
At arrival the place was dirty and unusable - dirty dishes and pans in the kitchen, trash around the kitchen, dirty toilet with toilet paper on he floor, the beds were messy, there was food on the floor around the dining table and there is really strong smell of canal, moisture and fresheners. All was cleaned after a call to the owners, but when you arrive after all day travel and you can't take a shower or sleep, it is not acceptable. You have to clean the place after you - this was not mention anywhere on Booking. Chances that you will get to the place is dirty is quite high. There is no sleepwear and this is not mentioned anywhere - you have to go to the near supermarket and buy if you don't want to sleep without one. Location instructions provided by the owners are not the best to get to there and it takes a lot of effort to find the place. A simple Google location will be much much simpler and will get you there faster!
