The property is being cleaned and sanitized properly for your arrival, in accordance with the cleaning guidelines for COVID - 19. Non-Smoking. Fully Tiled, no carpets! Second Floor with elevator. Meticulously clean.

This property is a Caribbean and Colonial-designed gated community near Orlando Florida which is close to all the major attractions and thoroughfares. Disney, Old Town, Celebration, International Drive, Designer Outlets, and World-class golf courses are close by. The Community Clubhouse offers a relaxation lounge with a 42” Cable TV as well as a Game room equipped with touch screen electronic games stations. The Fitness Room has cycling and running machines and cable TV. Outside is a large heated swimming pool with a huge sun deck and Jacuzzi. I-4 is just minutes away providing quick access to the airport, beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, and all the Central Florida attractions. Just minutes away from Interstate 4, Exit 58, gives excellent access to both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, along with all of Central Florida’s major attractions and shopping malls.

Quick stay for Sports tournament. Great location to stores, and sports fields the tournament was held at.

Self, spouse, adult son and grandson on birthday trip. Unit number in our booking was wrong and we walked into someone’s apartment. Thank goodness property owner was very responsive even though not in this country. Got that figured out and correct unit was just as expected from listing. Spacious and tidy. Really nice pool right across the parking lot.
Issues: WiFi and amenities pass were not in the unit as they were supposed to be. Owner dealt with it and got us what we needed. Kitchen sink had a leak and water was on the floor and the shower had an issue causing water on that floor. While we were out, the owner got a plumber over and all was fixed.
We loved the balcony overlooking the pond and got to enjoy watching the turtles and fish swimming. Great location, quiet but near everything.

We stayed at this condo during the thanksgiving week so we could busy with family living in the same complex. It was very convenient. It is a very nice place. Our only concern was some miscommunication about pets. They are allowed, we informed the owner but the fact that our daughter dropped by with her dog for a couple minutes caused some confusion. It was taken care of.
