Bright Retreat by the Beach

Holiday home in the popular and child-friendly holiday home area of Sluseparken. Situated on a large natural plot near the sandy beach at Østre Sømarken, the house is bright and well-equipped, with direct access from the living room to the partially covered terrace. Inside, you'll find a kitchen, two bedrooms, a combined living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, and a small room designed as a workspace. The location is an excellent base for a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful nature. Nearby, you'll find the idyllic marina and the Bakkarøgeriet smokehouse, where live music is often played during the summer. Rentals to youth groups are not permitted. A refundable security deposit may be required shortly before your arrival date. This deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional charges or utility costs. It covers the consumption of utilities during your stay as well as any additional services used. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings and usage of any additional services. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. The deposit serves only as a prepayment for services you would pay for anyway, ensuring a smooth stay and check-out process.
