About this house rental
Private Home separate from the main house.
NOTE: 2 Changes to Photos that are shown:
#1 Large desk shown in 2nd room has been removed; all that remains is the smaller dark brown desk (see pic) and a chair; yoga matt; king size blow up bed.
#2 Patio furniture has been replaced with 2 adirondack chairs/with new cushions but the propane fire table remains. An additional new outdoor love seat can be brought up to the deck if you require additional seating.
• 2 bedrooms (one with Queen bed and one is EMPTY (2nd room only contains desk/chair area to work OR a high end blow up King mattress is on site/with bedding). All screened windows and black out blinds throughout the home
• Portable Air Conditioner that cools the entire space
• Living Room
• 55 inch TV
• Wifi (separate network from the main house)
• Full size kitchen with new appliances (gas stove, fridge with water/ice, microwave, dishwasher)
• In home full size washer/dryer
• 115 sq ft private balcony surrounded in trees.
• Free Parking directly beside the 16 steps that lead you up to the Laneway Home.
• Propane BBQ
• Patio Chairs and fire table
complete the deck.
