La posizione è ideale, con i mezzi pubblici vicini, per cui ottima per tutti gli spostamenti.
Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti presso la struttura e abbiamo avuto problemi col freddo. Nessuna coperta aggiuntiva e una finestra da cui entravano spifferi. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di poter aumentare la temperatura dei termosifoni, ma aumentarla di 2 gradi non bastava, e nonostante le ulteriori richieste la situazione non è migliorata. Abbiamo anche chiesto di poter lasciare gli impianti di riscaldamento accesi più a lungo, perché una volta spenti c'era così freddo che diventava difficile anche fare la doccia. L'host non ha neppure risposto a questa nostra ultima richiesta. L'esperienza non è stata piacevole e non consiglieremo a nessuno questo posto.
